1. Services

ReceptAssist provides AI-powered virtual receptionist and communication automation services, including call answering, appointment booking, and lead handling.

2. Pricing

  • Setup Fee: $1,500 USD (one-time, non-refundable after service deployment)

  • Monthly Plan: Recurring subscription (details agreed upon at signup)

  • Usage: $0.30 USD per minute of AI interaction

All fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.

3. Free Trial / Demo

Any demo or trial provided does not guarantee results and may be limited in functionality.

4. Refund Policy

ReceptAssist offers a 30-day refund policy on the initial setup fee only.

Refund conditions:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of service activation

  • Service usage may be reviewed before approval

  • Usage fees (per-minute charges) are non-refundable

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and call-handling information

  • Inform callers that calls may be recorded or handled by AI

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

6. Service Limitations

ReceptAssist uses AI technology that may:

  • Produce errors or misunderstandings

  • Not perfectly replicate human interaction

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue outcomes

  • Lead conversion rates

  • 100% uptime or error-free performance

7. Liability Limitation

ReceptAssist shall not be liable for:

  • Missed calls or incorrect responses

  • Business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages

  • Errors generated by AI systems

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • No refunds for unused time

  • Outstanding balances must be paid

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for misuse or non-payment.

9. Data & Usage

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and applicable U.S. regulations where services are used.
